房間非常乾淨，還給我們免費升級了房間，很適家庭出遊，雖然沒自己做飯，但是廚具非常齊全，有小寶寶的家庭尤其適合。 到雲頂可以走長廊，不管颳風下雨都不用擔心，非常方便，樓下餐飲很多選擇，還有瑞幸咖啡呢。

非常棒，第三次入住了，以後上雲頂都會來住，價格公道，設施齊全，非常超級無敵乾淨，適合一家大小 朋友來住，3人房夠住6個人，如果不介意睡客廳 可以擠7個人，非常推薦。

入住非常絲滑～環境好，臥室整潔乾淨，是家庭出遊的好選擇。通過通道步行到雲頂大概20分鐘，非常方便。

I stayed in room C-23A-02 with 2 rooms. Rooms were excellent, clean, full amenities, beds & pillows are comfy, there's a balcony with a great view of there's no cloud. Main room was big, bathroom with a bathtub. 2nd room is a bit of a squeeze with a queen bed placed, Front door was not aligned well, had to push hard on closing and opening There's a dry kitchen for cooking. Best for family rental. Many cupboards & wardrobes. There's a link bridge to Genting but a little far in my opinion. Broke at G there's a mini mall with many selection of foods, from Japanese to local delights & closes at 10pm. Instructions with photos from parking to checking in was sent in PDF files. Parking area is full of tight corners, Checking in was confusing to find which block my room was, there are A, B, C & D. The guards at block C counter was really helpful. After some hiccups, I was in my room. My advice, if you have budget, go Harvington Mansion for valet parking. There's two concerns though, the hot water gradually reduced hotness & turned really cold even I've maxed out the mixture. 2nd is the route to & fro Genting. If you are coming down, you can bypass using Chin Swee temple but it will be closed at 8pm. Then you need to go further down at Awana roundabout to make U-turn. Verdict: great place, value for money, beautiful rooms

Satisfied with our booking, customer service was so helpful, prompt response! Room complete with electric stove, washer dryer and many more. Convenience for family like us. Stayed at other tower before but this one was better. Tower B - Well enjoy the photos

Excellent stay. Love the scenic views. Facilities are all chargeable including parking daily. Lovely apartment suite. Some design flaws that need improving but I'm fussy over such things eg the faucet opening is too short over a big basin requiring one to strain. Antara Genting is newly open and has plenty of conveniences but not all operating at this time but should be in later 2026

Great stay at antara genting. Like literally in the clouds. Stayed in 3 bedrooms apartment. Accommodation was spacious with complete with basic amenities. My kids really enjoyed there! Would be nice if there is a microwave since breakfast not included. Overall would love to stay again/ will definitely repeat 👍

Pleasant stay, the room is very clean and new, well furbished as well! Alrhough the mall is half opened, basic amenities are already in operation. There's a linkway connected to Genting Highlands Resorts & shopping and also a walking distance from the cable car. Was a great stay!

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel and truly enjoyed the place, its facilities, and its beautiful view. The rooms were very clean and well maintained, which made the stay comfortable and relaxing. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would recommend this hotel.

The check in process is super smooth. I get to check in ontime. The place is nice and cozy. Both room have TV which my kids love it so much because both of them get to watch their favorite show without argument. Nice to chilling at the balcony with the mountains view. The playground is nice too. As food choices there are only 2 cafe that have halal food. Overall I really have a great day.
